Q:
Though I have already paid for my order I haven't yet got my template?
Why is it so?
A: The following are some
probable reasons why the template did not reach you on time. They are:
1. Incorrect Email Address:
There is a possibility that you would have typed an incorrect email
address by mistake while filling out the registration form in which
you have to mention the email address where the download information
has to be sent to you.
2. Temporary non-function of mail
servers: It could also be that your mail server might have been
temporarily down for some technical reason while we were trying to
send you the download instructions for the template you had purchased
to the email address you had given us.
